Boys Lacrosse Ages 11-13
Our boys lacrosse camp will provide players of all positions and ability levels the opportunity to improve and refine every facet of their game in a positive, progressive and challenging environment. Campers focused on getting better this summer will walk away with improved stick skills, a higher lacrosse IQ, better overall athleticism, and hours of lacrosse enjoyment!
All skills and drills will be age appropriate for boys ages 11-13 and will help foster the fundamentals and demands of the sport in a positive way. Skills emphasized will include: stick work, shooting fundamentals, agility and fitness training, communication activities, multiple player concepts, game situations and team building.
REQUIRED: Campers need athletic footwear (cleats), protective gear, and a lacrosse stick each day.
For ages 11-13.
Co-Ed Beginner Tennis

Campers learn the fundamentals of proper grips, body position,and more. We work on rules, etiquette, and score keeping. We practice technical skills of hand-eye coordination, drills, ground strokes and the serve.
REQUIRED: Campers should bring a tennis racket, white sole sneakers, sunblock, and a hat each day.
For ages 8-14.
Junior Golf Camp at Eagle Ridge Golf
with Rylee Plitz

Junior camp at Eagle Ridge Golf is designed for the beginning to intermediate junior golfer aged 6-11. Golfers are organized into groups according to their age and skill level. They will learn and improve all aspects of their game, including the rules, etiquette, swing fundamentals, and short game.
Each junior will receive a t-shirt, hat, and snacks each day.
Golf clubs will be provided if needed. Students should wear athletic or golf clothing and sneakers.
For ages 6-11.
Varsity Golf Camp at Eagle Ridge Golf
with Rylee Plitz

Varsity golf camp at Eagle Ridge Golf is designed for the intermediate to advanced varsity golfer aged 12-15. Golfers will learn and improve all aspects of their game, including the rules, etiquette, swing fundamentals, and short game. Each day will have on course playing instruction and experience.
Each varsity golfer will receive a t-shirt, hat, and snacks each day.
Varsity golfers must have golf clubs. Students should wear athletic or golf clothing and sneakers.
For ages 12-15.
Girls Lacrosse Ages 12-15
Our girls lacrosse camp will provide players of all positions and ability levels the opportunity to improve and refine every facet of their game in a positive, progressive and challenging environment. Co-Ed Soccer Mastery

We teach our campers through foot skills progression, which will increase in complexity & speed and provide them with hundreds of touches on the ball each session. Players develop quickness, comfort, and confidence on the ball improving their game. Rigorous ball mastery training takes place followed by small-sided games.
We do not allow metal cleats.
REQUIRED: Campers should bring cleats or turf shoes, sneakers, and shin guards each day.
For ages 8-14.
Girls Lacrosse Ages 8-11
